Xumirah

Terms of Service

Last updated May 2026

1. What Xumirah is

Xumirah is an early-stage technology product that screens publicly listed companies against Shariah and values-based criteria and helps you assemble a portfolio of the names that pass. We provide information and tools — not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or religious advice.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on Xumirah is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security, nor a statement that any investment is suitable for you. We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker-dealer, or investment manager. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should seek independent professional advice.

3. Shariah screening

Compliance screening follows recognised scholarly standards and is provided for information only. Scholars differ; a result shown as compliant may not satisfy every interpretation. Confirm with your own scholar before relying on any verdict.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that screening results, figures, or backtests are correct, current, or error-free. Illustrative figures in demos are not real returns.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access that threatens the integrity or availability of the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xumirah is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on its information, including investment losses.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
